Loose manhole cover

Everytime a vehicle goes over this offending manholee the "clacking" noise can be heard all over th surrounding area.

The Council did inspect the problem but the manhole in question belongs to Scottish Water Board. They have a job number for it and I also rang them but nothing has been done. :( Thank you for asking!
