Heavily leaning tree over road

There is a large oak tree growing on the right hand side of Weald Road as you enter St Vincent's Hamlet towards South Weald. The tree is leaning heavily over the road and into some low voltage power cables. There also appears to be a large impact on the trunk. The tree may be safe but just wanted to make sure its been noted. Thanks.
