Dangerous Roads and Footpaths

The roads around Monmouth Street, Blenheim Street and Boulsworth Grove are all shot ice and very dangerous to drive or walk on. The footpaths are equally as dangerous in places. This area has received no grit at all whilst other similar residential areas in Colne and Nelson have.
