Pooling Water

I live in a block of flats - Sovereign House situated at 7-13 St Bride Street (though our postal address is 5 Poppins Court).

The roof area of the office block which is adjacent to our property is bowed and as a result water collects in the depression. In warm weather this has allowed mosquito's to breed and on Monday the snow was floating on top of the pool of water.

I realise that this is a matter for the private landlord to attend to and would appreciate it if you could tell me how best I could get hold of his/her contact details.

Our Managing Agents or Right to Manage company could then make contact to ensure that this problem is sorted out before the warm weather returns.

Best regards Heidi Hartmann
