Informed by Council that as rubbish has been dumped on an unadopted road - despite adjacent to LA Highway - they are unwilling to deal with this issue. Informed them that I consider they have a duty of care under fly tipping regulations and expressed concerns about health & safety risks.

LA apparantly visited but could see no refuse so no action will be taken.

council just not inerested despite fact its less than 25mtrs from town ctre ringroad and a health hazard
