As the vehicle is still there (31-Mar-09), I phoned Ashfield Council and they suggested the car was within the city boundary!!! One look at the Ministry of Justice map clearly shows the vehicle is within Ashfields area.

Typical response from the the council: Three phone calls reminding them of the problem. We've got no record of it. It's not our problem it's a Gedling/City problem. And finally it took them 3 months to think of "it's on private land so it's down to the land owner!"

So it will have to stay!

Thanks "Ashfield District Council" for serving the community

Well it's finally all gone. It's probably been reunited with the other 3 quarters and driving like new!
