Driving vehicles over the grass verge

The occupier of 10 The Paddock drives his vehicle over the grass verge. The verge has become damaged and badly rutted. There are also 4 plant pots and large stones on the grass which if left will kill the grass and this is creating a negative impact on the immediate area.
