Incorrect mapping

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council 3 minutes later

Ordenance survey and GPS mapping systems mark Cherry Garden Lane connecting with Orchard Drive.In fact there are bollards in place and it is no through way except for pedestrians. Numerous cars, lorrys, ambulances etc come up the lane thinking there is direct access to Orchard Drive/Jarman's Field. Today it was an emergency ambulance which then had to back down the lane and approach via Orchard Drive to Jarman's Field causing delay in attendance. Is it possible for the Council to inform the mapping agencies of this incorrect mapping as it causes endless problems and one day the delays to emergency vehicles will result in a death.

Have had a response that the query has been forwarded to the 'appropriate section' in the Kent Highways Team. No response from them as yet.

Although I have not heard anything directly from the Kent Highways Team, I encountered a man from Ordnance Survey making the correction to their mapping, so eventually the problem shuld resolve itself. Many thanks - result!
