Blocked Drains - Leaves not cleared

The flats in Hawe Close were almost flooded out this week and last due to blocked drains from leaves. Serco or the street cleaners never appear to clear the leaves from walkways by the flats. This problem constantly reoccurs.The steps and walkways become very slippery and a hazzard for pedestrians.

I have visited the above location and the drains were clear and I have asked Serco to return and clear the leaves that are left.
