Blocked Drains

Sent to Aberdeenshire Council less than a minute later

Since Eric Scott had his field margins cleared earlier this month the water cannot escape forming a flood across the lane.I can only assume that the drain is either blocked or damaged making it highly dangerous when it freezes.Can you investigate please.
