Dog fouling near to my home and other areas of geltsdale avenue and hesbek raise.Black poo bags are also being left with fouling in them,once one was left on top of my front wall and bottom of my gate pillar.Absolutly disgusting behaviour from a dog owner.I have also had fouling in my front garden.I have gone to the measure of installing a dog repeller device to scare them away from the front lawn.We have a young boy of 2yrs,we dont want him to find fouling in our garden before we do.A real worry at times.

This problem is being addressed by Carlisle City Council enforcement officers and will hopefully be resolved.
