Dog fouling toilet

AS before open area - covered with bark chippings, dog owners allowing dogs to use it as toilet.Health hazard.Knock on affects - ally way covered to dog muck as a result - seems to be on route for dog walkers. Needs sorting - report to Environmental helath & Julie parton please at City Council.Picture enclosed this time.

This problem is being addressed by Carlisle City Council enforcement officers and will hopefully be resolved.

Nothing more since email reply.Area worst with dog muck the ally way is a disgrace - whole area is an environmental hazard.No further correspondence from any Council officer as to when/how they will deter area from use as a dog toilet.Getting to the point of making official complaints.
