Parking on double yellow lines

There are cars being parked on a regular basis parking on the beatrice road and tivoli road junction,not just on school days but other times as well making access a big problem

new double yellow have been marked at the school gates but cars are still parking on them all day. there is also a white vw car in beatrice road that has not moved for over a month with a for sale sign in the window reg number j 689 rvv
