Adverts for Fitness Firm

The nearby fitness firm have again attached large adverts to the street furniture around these traffic lights. This happens again and again, with different 'special offers' being advertised. It would appear that they will not stop until prosecuted and served with an ASBO or similar. Can legal action be taken against them please
