Sent to Islington Borough Council 2 minutes later

During the last couple of months silver coloured Islington Street Waste Bags are being left (presumably for collection) at the pevement base of the street lamp in the position shown on map. This is both unsightly and potentially hazardous. Might we see an end to this practice, please

In the last few weeks the location of deposited waste bags has shifted a couple of metres north, and the colour of the bags has been changed from silver to black.Still unsightly, still potentially hazardous. If such bags have to be left for on-street collection it would be better by far if they were deposited at the street corners of Barnsbury Square.
