Dog toilet bin

Area along allyway & were it has been bark chipped covered - increasingly used as Dog Toilet, encorages dog owners to use it - it open and stinks + health hazard. Needs reinstated with prickly bushes etc to stop dogs.

This problem is being addressed by Carlisle City Council enforcement officers and will hopefully be resolved.

As previous - feedback nothing done as suspected.No one has been in conmtact to discuss problem or offer solutions, ways forward etc.Will now contact environmentla health to pursue that way.
