More recent dog fouling that has appeared to have also claimed many 'tread victims'. Panfield Lane / Coldinalhurst ave junction, in centre of pavement.

Problem has not become less severe. Frequent dog fouling in area seems to occur with near daily frequency. This'anonymous' report enticed the council to 'acknowledge' and ask for personal address which defeats the whole point of the anonymous report in the first place!
