Sent to Macclesfield Borough Council and Cheshire County Council 4 minutes later

This is a constant problem that has been reported to both Macclesfield Borough Council and Cheshire Police. Unfortunately the problem still persists and I was told by a concil official that improved signs and a new Styal would be installed to prevent this from happening. It has not happened.
