Advert for Ice Skating

Sent to Lancaster City Council less than a minute later

There is a large advert for ice skating at the south end of the A6/M6 J33 roundabout, and a smaller one at the north end attached to a road sign. Can they be removed and the offenders punished please. nb. there are a lot of other adverts on road signs, etc. both in Lancaster and Preston
