Pair of trainers hanging from telephone line

Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 15:39, Wed 21 January 2009
Sent to Congleton Borough Council 5 minutes later

A pair of trainers (tied together at the laces) have been thrown over the telephone lines at the beginning of Palmer Road and they have been hanging there for some time without the council removing them. This is equivalent to flytipping. PLEASE can these be removed AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It makes the entrance to this estate looks unkempt and gives the impression the residents do not care and this is definitely NOT the case.

This issue was passed to BT to deal with and they have now removed the trainers from the telephone wire. Thank you.
