Grit bins

I contacted Dudley MBC approximatley 1 month ago, asked for our grit bin to be cleared of rubbish and for it to be refilled. I have had no contact whatsoever. This morning I woke to find Colman Hill Avenue one big ice rink, so icey I could not pull off my drive. I went to the grit bit to find it bare. For the second time....PLEASE REFIL OUR GRIT BIN! If this request is ignored again, I will be seeking advice from a 3rd party as the council are quite clearly neglecting their obligations. Plus if anyone slides in to my car because of the icey conditions, I will be pointing my finger straight at the council too!
