Another abandoned 4x4 not road legal

I reported a nissan patrol abandoned at the rear of our property a few days ago. I don't know if any action has been taken but the same person has now put another similar vehicle at the front of the property, again I don't know if this one is legal. This situation is becoming ridiculous as he had another one there for weeks up until about 2 weeks ago.
