Flooded road due to blocked road gully

SE Gas has been excavating their pipes in a renewal project for all properties in Priestwood Close but in the process the road gully at the junction of PC with Pine Drive has become blocked with mud/earth from their excavations and the road is flooded.

The road gully at the junction of Pine Drive & Priestwood Close has become blocked again for the THIRD time with mud/earth from SEGAS excavations and the road is flooded. The water has overflowed onto the central grass verge and the large wheels of SCC's refuse collection trucks have turned the grass into mud. Please fix. Thank you
