Abandoned bicycles

At the bike racks in the beginning of Minories road (close to the entrance of London Metropolitan Univ) there are a couple of bikes that are clearly abandoned (for example, you can see how rusty the chains are).

I think those bikes should be removed so that other cyclists can make more efficient use of the facility.
