Container bin not emptied

The refuse carts are not emptying one of the three container bins at this location, but just leaving it filled with rubbish, causing a hygiene and health and safety hazard. Please rectify. Thank you

We appreciate that there have been problems with recent snowfall, but this matter has still not been attended to, and we have one container bin with communal rubbish that has not been collected for two weeks. I am now rasing this with Environmental Health. Thank you
