In the past few days , me and my family have been noticing more and more dog turd every day on the streets around kidlington. we are dog owners ourselves. The worst thing is that not only is there an increase of fouling, most of it is in blatant view (in the middle of paths, or infront of peoples drives) or in places where children from the local schools hang around after school.
