Rubbish on streets

Due to packaging from the McDonalds at the end of the street and the increase in rubbish during Arsenal matches the street gets a lot of rubbish. This blows into the front patio of my house (64B Jackson Road). I think there needs to be some bins in the road so that people have somewhere to put their rubbish rather than throw it on the road.
