Dumping of rubbish in drying area

Someone is dumping their rubbish in the drying area next to 82 and 81 Rowland Drive. This morning it was noted that a mattress had been dumped in the drying area, this appears to have been done during the night and it is not the first time this has occurred. As a leaseholder I feel that this is totally unacceptable and that more effort should be made to stop people coming onto the estate and dumping their rubbish in the drying areas, the communal areas, or even just in the parking areas! The drying area is provided for tenants and leaseholders of the flats in Rowland drive to hang out their washing and as I pay service charges as a leaseholder I strongly object to having to put up with this kind of anti-social behavour.
