Scaffolders' sign still up

An advertisement for Broadstairs Scaffolding (01843 593339) has not been removed, despite the fact that the scaffolders concerned completed the work and removed the rest of their scaffolding months ago.

I was told if it was on the highway it was Kent County Council's problem not Thanet Council's but it appears this scaffolding is supporting a boundary which Thanet Council repaired last year after the developer refused persistent requests to make good an unsafe and fly-tipped site.
