Repeated Pavement fouling

This morning I was met yet again with dogs mess left on the pavement! The problem occurs from the top of Lodge Lane (nr Lodge Lane Infant School)then right onto the Paddocks. I reported this to our council before Christmas 2008.

A representative from the local council, paid a visit to the effected area. The area was cleaned, but, repeated fouling has occurred since.
