Dangerous surface/holes for cyclists

Travelling along Grosvenor Avenue towards the A1201 and along a whole section (in the left hand side of the left hand lane where cyclists need to be), the road including the camber sloping hard into gutter and the dreadful uneven surfacing becomes really dangerous for pedal cyclists. The combination of speed bumps, gully to the left, terrible surface just to the right of the gully, the bollard for a right hand turn with cars trying to overtake from behind and works vehicles everywhere often reversing due to construction opposite, is really dangerous and forces cyclists out into the middle of the road for a whole stretch of road. This irritates motorists behind who want to turn left at the end of the road and are up and down their speed because of the humps. It is the only such danger on my cycle route to and from work and troubles me every day without fail as an experienced confident cyclist. Please could you get it fixed. Many thanks

Nothing happened and no one responded. Probably pointless. No idea whether any quick painless route exists to take it any further in a busy life.
