Worksvan blocking pavement, drive and dropped kerb

Sent to Chesterfield Borough Council less than a minute later

No 8 keeps parking there works transit van pickup on the pavement, over the drive of no 6 and over the dropped kerb. The old lady at number 6 keeps asking for them to move it (he husband is in a wheelchair) and it and it they keep parking there.I do not live in the area but have family who do they are too Scared too do anything.

chesterfield council say its nothing to do with them and want nothing to do with it.
