Dog fouling on the grass each side of lane across teh line

Many dogsare being walked across bridge from Clackmannan into field owned by Caronfield properties at Brucefiled. That isn't a problem but the dog fouling is. No dog bins are available so mess is just left on my and my neighbours' grass verges. Extremely unpleasant when being mowed. Some people use bags but drop them and the excrement doesn't then bio degrade either. Please provide a red bin and also a bag source if thsi is possible or at ealst a notice to say bags are free from your offices. Thank you

Your reply that the bridge was not council property is incorrect - A railway surveyor informed me last week that Network Rail own neither the line nor the bridges over it and that these are owned by the Council. Please ask Eric the Animal welfare officer to visit the site. It is really bad!
