Speeding Cars

We have been experiencing problems with high speed cars being driven in both directions on the road and are very worried that soon there will an accident which could be fatal. The worse time of day is between 10 pm to 12 pm where youngsters appear to be racing. But also as this is a cut through in the morning rush hour from 7 am to 9 am. I would appreciate some form on intervention into these problems

I know that the local council have passed this onto Nottinghamshire CC as they e mailed me with this, however have heard nothing further nor seen any improvement to the speed travelled

The problem as escalated as last night a young person car driving in excess of the speed limit spun out of control and went through a neighbours front wall.
