Dog barking

Sent to Essex County Council and Castle Point Borough Council 10 minutes later

Dog barking almost non stop. despite reporting it to the council. all they do is send you a diary to keep. it goes quiet for three weeks. then back to normal. everyone is entitled to peace and quiet.
