Persistant dog fouling

This lane is known locally as dog s*** lane and some ,not all, dog owners let there BELOVED pets repeatedly dump outside peoples gateway/paths does this council not have any weapon in its armoury to spray on the ground when they go round with weed killer or road sweeper

it was only yesterday {saturday}8/02/09 that i had to clear up after someone elses dog outside on the edge of my gateway so no change there then

the problem MAY ease very slightly now the days are getting lighter ,fingers crossed, but i wont hold my breath, more presence from dog warden etc would be nice

not much change in the situation as the problem seems to be when people let there dogs off the lead at the top off the lane the first thing the dogs do is relieve themselfs at the first opportunity ,before they get to grassed areas
