Persistent dog fouling

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 13:08, Sun 11 January 2009
Sent to Braintree District Council 1 minute later

Persistent dog fouling daily occurs all along the Clare road area, mainly opposite the School and toward the playground section at the end of the road but also at the opposite end of Clare road itself. This appears to be due to dog walkers leading dogs unleashed and not carrying proper disposal equipment at all during walks.

No evidence that the problem has become less severe. Frequent dog fouling in area reported occurs with daily frequency. Other than acknowledgement of report by Council circular / email. No effective action appears to be imminent. 'Anonymous' report here simply entices council to 'acknowledge' and ask for identification (address) of original anonymous reporter!
