Dog fouling in front garden

I live in halescescent and Aaneighbours dog keeps fouling in my front garden every day, and it is upsetting me and causing concern of bullying/harassment.

The council staff were helpful and gave suggestions. someone came out the day after, while I was at work whcih I never expected.

This was the day after, the relevant officer was helpful as they were prepared to visit the neighbour to advise them of problem in the area. However, as there are various dogs I need to catch whose dog is fouling.
