Sent to Chiltern District Council 2 minutes later

There used to be a pedestrian crossing at the bottom of Alma Road with zigzags either side of alma road at the bottom on Berkhampstead Road. Since the crossing has been moved further down, the zigzags before the turning into Alma Road have been removed. Now there is a red Astra that parks there, right on the corner making it impossible to pull out of Alma Road without having a near miss with speeding traffic coming along from Chesham. A guy on a motorbike nearly had a very serious accident when someone who couldn't see past the astra, pulled out. Just shear luck that they saw each other at the last split second. There needs to be something put here that would stop people parking there, or the owner of the astra needs to be told......
