Flytips /dumped rubbish

Space between recycling banks is constantly and openly used for dumped rubbish and is currently overflowing. Also there are piles of black and orange bags all round the car park

No soomer has the previous dump been cleared than the next lot arrives - including some kind of gas cyclinders this time

This is a recurring problem so I can't say 100% if it's been fixed.

Though the waste is cleared when I report it, the dumping continues.

Individual dumps are normally cleared quite quickly. Council staff tell me they are investigating the dumping.

The council is intervening but the problem is chronic

The investigation seems to have gone quiet and the dumping continues, with dumps not cleared for days. New photo taken 8 July 09

Currently there are propane cylinders there - not for the first time.
