Serious littering and lack of clearing

St. Johns Road is a disgrace when it comes to the amount of rubbish in the road. I was warned that I would be fined when my grass was too long, but we never see a roadsweep and if we do it's half a job. There is always a large amount of rubbish thrown on the road and yet I've never heard of anyone being warned about it. Please look into this as I am sick of clearing other peoples rubbish from my garden.

As usual completely ignored. The council obviously don't care unless they think they could get some money from fining you. Let your garden get untidy and its a fine thro the door, report litter on the street and they couldn't care less. Too many politicians earning too much money from our council taxes and doing sod all about the community. It's a farce.
