Bins Not Empted

Black bins have not been emptied since the Saturday before Christmas. we & our nabour have generated more rubbish than normal over the Christmas Period and this is now piling up. We have not put them back on the street after we put them out both saturdays as per the leaflet telling us what the collection days were. Both 1 & 3 are the missed collections as normal.

The bin situation is still unresolved. They aren't being emptied regularly or on time at all. I have no idea when the next collection is as the schedule isn't being stuck to in the slightest.
