Neighbours forecourt

The neighbours who live next door at [edited - details sent to council], have left general rubbish now on their forecort for two months, also their are 4 dollops of dog faeces that has been left for 6 weeks+, and their are bags of dog faeces that have been left their for weeks on end, please can the council act upon this, because we all know the dangers of dog muck, and the toxins it is known to give off. We have two young children to consider and it is not a nice envoirnment to bring them up in, living next door to this mess. A couple of photographs can be supplied if requested
