Dog Fouling

Over the past few weeks have noticed this occurring more and more. Children play in street - very dangerous, cars driving over it and could be trodden in and brought in house. Various places in lane of Rowley Street and Aldborough Street, Blyth - road and pavements. Suspect a neighbour is culprit.
