Persistant fouling of pavements/roadway

There has been persistant fouling of bridge close and the surrounding streets for about the last 3-4 months. Every day there is another pile which makes us think there is one person responsible. It happens very late at night despite warning signs being put up by dog warden

There is still dog mess on the pavement especially through the alleyway. There is one area near the garages that looks like someone has dumped all the dog poo from there garden there.
