Drivers unaware Hanworth Road is 2 way traffic

Drivers from the A316 who turn off onto Hanworth Road do not realise that it is a two way traffic.

As a cyclist about once a week I encounter a vehicle driving down in the opposite side of the road who then swerves as they realise a cyclist is 20 feet in front of them.

Please make the signage clearer and even paint arrows on the road to indicate it is two way.
