Constant dumping of rubbish

Rubbish bags have been dumped every day by the post box on the corner of Tollington Pk and Hornsey Road for as long as I've lived in the area (6 years). The problem extends as you turn right down Hornsey Rd. There are clearly insufficient rubbish bins for the residents who live above shops etc.
