Blocked Gully

There has been aproblem with this gully for as long as I can remember. When we have any sustained rain it floods the road, at night is very dangerous as if you do not see it it throws you off course, if you do see it you are inclined to pull to the cenre of the road to avoid it and can put yourself in the path of oncoming traffic

This gully has not been cleared for several months, the council just have no interest in solving the problem.
This gully has not been cleaned out and still floods across the road when it rains heavily. It is still dangerous but until there is a accident it will remain a low priority.
Still nothing has been done. It would appear that nothing is being done to any of roads, they are getting worse by the day.A third world country has better roads. Whoever is responsible for roads st County Hall does not deserve the large salary that I am sure he/she is receiving.
