Flytipping outside Manston Rd Waste Recycling Centre

Sent to Thanet District Council less than a minute later
Approx 9pm on Tuesday 9/12/08 a grey Ford Mondeo BT02 PMX was seen fly tipping outside the Manston Road Waste and Recycling Centre. This is a known area for flytipping, even outside the waste center! The person was making no hidden fact that they were dumping rubbish! Hope you can pass this onto Thanet District Council. Regards.
