Household rubbish not picked up

The garden of 198 Sileby Road, Barrow, has a number of green and red plastic rubbish bags that are full and have been there for weeks. They are likely to cause health and safety problems.

At least 6 black bags still exist - in which I believe might be dog poo!!

I think something was done but it seems to be ongoing each week and someone is not caring about it.
